Lee, M.D., P.C. only.  Please note that e-mail may be an unreliable form of communication and should never be used for urgent concerns, questions, or matters.  E-mail should also never be used to transmit highly sensitive or personal information as the security of such information cannot be guaranteed.  If you decide to use e-mail through our website to communicate with Dr. Lee, it may not be received or reviewed in a timely manner.  In the event of illness, vacation, or absence, the e-mail may not be checked at all.   Please call the office if you do not receive a response in 24 hours time.  Telephone remains the most reliable method of communication with the office, Dr. Lee, or associates– 24 hours a day, 7 days a week– and is encouraged for all matters.  Emergencies should be transmitted by calling 911.
